Nextio s.r.o., with its registered office at Černyševského 10, 851 01 Bratislava (Company ID: 52723925), as the operator of the website nextio.co, ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect rights and the lawful processing of personal data. We maintain a transparent system for recording security incidents and inquiries from data subjects or other persons. If you have any questions, you can reach us at hi@nextio.co.

We handle your personal data professionally and with care.

Through our website, we process only the data you voluntarily provide to us via our contact forms. These forms are implemented under Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — legitimate interest — for the purpose of responding to an inquiry, request, or question you submit regarding our products/services, a job opening, or a price quote.

You may ask us at any time to delete a message you sent, or all messages sent from your email account.

Detailed information on the processing and protection of personal data can be found in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and in Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter: "the Personal Data Protection Act").

Period of processing and retention of your personal data We process and retain your personal data primarily for as long as needed to handle your request or inquiry, but for no longer than 36 months. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.

Rights and obligations of the data subject If a customer provides a third party's personal data as delivery information (first name, surname, phone number), they warrant that they do so only with that person's consent, and that the data subject has been informed of the procedures, rights, and obligations set out on this page.

As our client and data subject, you have the right, within the defined scope, to decide how your personal data is handled. You may exercise the rights listed below:

  • In person at any of our contact points;

  • Via our customer line: 0951 337 560;

  • In writing, at the address of the Controller: Černyševského 10, 851 01 Bratislava.

We aim to answer your questions as soon as possible, and will always respond no later than 30 days after receiving your request. You are guaranteed compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the GDPR and the Act, which secure the following rights for you:

Right of access – You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data, and if so, to obtain a copy of that data along with additional information under Art. 15 of the Regulation and § 21 of the Act. If we hold a large volume of data about you, we may ask you to specify your request to a particular set of data we process about you.

Right to rectification – To ensure we always process only up-to-date personal data about you, we need you to notify us of any changes as soon as they occur. If we are processing incorrect data about you, you have the right to request its correction.

Right to erasure – If the conditions of Art. 14 of the Regulation or § 23 of the Act are met, you may request the erasure of your personal data. You may request erasure, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to processing and no other legal basis for processing exists, if we are processing your personal data unlawfully, or if the purpose for which we processed your data has ceased and we are not processing it for another compatible purpose. However, we will not delete your data if it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing – If the conditions of Art. 18 of the Regulation or § 24 of the Act are met, you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. You may request this, for example, while you contest the accuracy of the data being processed, or if the processing is unlawful and you don't want the data deleted but need its processing restricted while you exercise your rights. We will continue to process your data where grounds exist to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Right to data portability – You may also exercise the right to data portability. Under this right, you may request the personal data you provided to us based on your consent and that we process by automated means. Upon request, we will provide this data to you in a commonly used, structured, machine-readable format, or, at your request, transfer it directly to another controller of your choosing, where technically feasible.

Right to object to processing – If we process your personal data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in us, or on the basis of our legitimate interests or those of a third party, you have the right to object to such processing. Following your objection, we will restrict the processing of your personal data, and unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds relating to legal claims, we will stop processing and delete your personal data. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it relates to such direct marketing. Once you object, we will no longer process your personal data for that purpose.

Right to lodge a complaint – If you believe the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation or the Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. For the Slovak Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, registered office: Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, website: www.dataprotection.gov.sk, tel.: +421 /2/ 3231 3220.

Right to withdraw consent – If processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. If you later decide you'd like to receive commercial and marketing offers about our products and services again, you can re-grant your withdrawn consent (or objection) at any time, via any of the contact methods listed above.
