You should have experience in creating websites, mobile and web applications, e-shops, user interfaces, and CMS/CRM systems. You know what a flow-chart, wireframe, and prototype are, and you have at least 3 years of experience working in a digital agency, design studio, or as a freelancer on client projects. We want you to be a team player with an eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator should be a given, though you don’t need to be an "Adobe Guru." You should follow current trends and continuously educate yourself to provide the best outputs for our clients. You should be able to present your work to colleagues and clients and have at least basic knowledge of English. Understanding terms like "margin" and "padding" will be especially appreciated by your developer colleagues. 🙂
This is a full-time position, but we are also open to external cooperation based on your capacity. We’d love to have you in the office with us, but you can work from anywhere in the world.
